Now I have two licenses. Is there any way I can get the one that is currently turned off removed? It’s annoying.

It normally takes 1-5 working days to handle your support ticket (at the moment it may be a little longer). Whatever you do don’t submit multiple tickets as it operates on a first in first out (FIFO) priority and submitting multiple tickets could take longer.
If you haven’t heard anything after 5 working days, come back here and post your Support Ticket ID number and I will try to draw some attention to it.
