Hi, I signed up as fast as i could when i found many many many viruses on my computer labelled
ADGJDet.exe virus: win32:obfuscated-dh (trj) <all of them are labelled
cteaxspl.exe location programfiles\creative\splashscreen
lsasss.exe location windows\system32
msmsgs.exe location programfiles\messenger
nerocheck.exe location windows\system32
tmp2.tmp location DOCUME~1\mine\locals~1\Temp
UpdReg.EXE location windows
i dont know if any of this information like the location helps but when I went for a full sytem scan all of these file had UPX at the end of them and they all just started popping up! Please help!
If a virus is replicant (coming and coming again), you should:
Disable System Restore on Windows ME or Windows XP. System Restore cannot be disabled on Windows 9x and it’s not available in Windows 2k. After boot you can enable System Restore again.
Schedule a boot time scanning with avast. Start avast! > Right click the skin > Schedule a boot-time scanning. Select for scanning archives. Boot. Other option is scanning in SafeMode (repeatedly press F8 while booting).
