Hello,
For some reason avast is reporting that I have a trojan horse on my website, but I cannot determine how to correct the problem. I have contacted the ISP and they just say it is my problem, which surprises me, but is what it is. So I do need some help in first figuring out what I need to do to find it and then how to clean the website. Avast is reporting the following:
Process:C:\Program Files (x86)\Internet Explorer…
Infection: JS:Iframe-AEE [Trj]
The site id is www.iteamaccess.com. What happens is we have a joomla web site under the main site, so the access to that subdirectory is www.iteamaccess.com/emotion. We do have an index.html file on the site root that redirects to the subdirectory.
So, could someone please assist us. If any additional information is required, please let me know and I will post it. Otherwise could someone help me find this problem and help me correct it.
Thank you for any information,
Mike
