I have tried to renew my avast subscription a few times, but I still get that red alert message in the bottom right of my screen saying i’m not protected.

I have avast 4.7 antivirus protection. It appears to be running, but I still keep getting the red warning/update messages. I need help!

Have you tried repairing your avast installation? (Start>Control Panel>Add/remove programs>Avast)

What is the error message?
Is your system date/time correct?
Do you use copy & paste method?
Are you sure you do not include the ‘last blank space’ in the paragraph while copying & pasting?
Which avast version are you trying to register (Home or Professional)?
