Is it possible to be sent a new registration number?
Would an agent please look up the references to my dealings with Avast? I was charged three times for Avast Premium. I asked to be refunded for two of the payments, and Avast refunded the extra payments. But I never understood which of the three registrations number was the right one to use.
I used Avast years ago, and everything went smoothly. But this time, I can’t even get connected.
Did you receive 3 emails with 3 different activation codes?
If you still have them then try all 3. hopefully one will work.
Open avast > click menu on top right > click enter activation code and enter the code. if this does not show in list try below.
click menu > my subscriptions > enter activattion code there.
In the second picture it will show as active product and an expiration date to show your product is active.
