I need help with Avast Theft

Hi, guys
I need your help… please!!!
I have changed my phone… I have a Samsung Galaxy Note 2 and changed it to another…
The thing was that I forgot to uninstall Avast before taking the SIM off and now it´s blocked. I tried to put it on again and it doesn´t work either. i have also tried to put the code with no luck… and I don´t know how to reset it…
Can you please help me with that??
