I think you should describe better what you have done…
The unp… file in Temp_avast_ is a temporary file created by avast! when it’s inspecting the content of some archives - it certainly doesn’t move any files there. These files can be freely deleted.
avast! doesn’t store its data in archive protected zip files; in fact, even when you set the avast! password, it’s not stored anywhere- so it certainly doesn’t create any zips protected using this password.
avast! certainly doesn’t move any files “randomly”. It’s possible that a virus-infected file was discovered and you instructed avast! to move it to its folder (but it’s not the Temp_avast4_ one, but rather "Program Files\ALWIL Software\avast4\data\moved).
