I need help

Well, from time to time I’m not an exception and I need help :-
I have MS Outlook 2007 configured to start 6 minutes after logon (using Startup Delayer).
The avast! plugin is not being loaded. Although it’s show as loaded, although the spash screen had popuped normally before.

If I close MS Outlook, and some time later, start it again, the plugin comes back.

I bet on a conflict with Google Desktop plugin, which got “disabled” status sometimes.

How to troubleshoot?

Should it be that difficult to get help? :cry:

Have You tried to submit a Ticket :wink:

I tend, as you know, to believe in forums not in tickets :slight_smile:

Other users, with similar problems, don’t seem to have that patience…

Go to configuration screen and in stead of removal of the avast program scroll down and choose repair,

Thanks Polunus. But it is for Chrome. It won’t be bad if we have a diagnostic tool for Outlook…
