I need to reintstall windows in atleast 4 hours
And i was wondering if my current avast 4.8 key will work wiv my fresh installl

Also, I don’t feel it is right to shun hlecter in his attempt to help you, ok he doesn’t have as many posts as Tech, but you will notice that he has been with the forum since 2005, much longer than me, and If I saw that post, then he did and was trying to help, the least you could do is say:

Yes, you can use the same key.
You can write it down from the original email.
You can backup the email.
You can register again and receive a new key.
