I need support!!

Hello, it turns out that a few days ago I received a notice that my subscription was about to expire and renew. I went to the subscriptions section of my account and saw that I didn’t have any active subscriptions, so I thought I had already cancelled it previously.

Now I’ve received an email saying that they’ve attempted to charge me for the subscription on PayPal even though I don’t see that subscription anywhere! Fortunately, my card on PayPal would have expired. I don’t want the product, but I can’t find any option to cancel it!

When I try to contact the support they ask me for an ID that I don’t have to receive that support!

If you don’t have an order # use 00000000 then explain your problem.
