I paid for Avast on Sep 18 2025, 25.49.. Avast.com . it has never worked other than showing me issues and then asking for money?

Is “showing issues” resulting from a Smart Scan?
Smart Scan Advanced Issues part seems to be dedicated to upselling other Avast Products.
With Avast shields in place, there is less need to do frequent scans. Particularly Smart Scan, which I would disable from running automatically in settings.

Note I am not an Avast Team member, just another user.
