I received an email about my Avast subscription that I do not have

I am already convinced it is phishing because 1) I did not have an Avast account until 3 minutes ago when I was sketched out by the email 2) It included an invoice from PayPal, which I also do not have an account for. I just wanted confirmation so that I wouldn’t lose my money if it did turn out to be legitimate. Email copy starts now.

The attachment is an invoice from Paypal with “Avast Corporation//1405 East 55th Street//Savannah//GA 13404//United States//Helpdest://” on the left and “INVOICE//TXN WAS SUCCESSFUL FOR PAYMENT.//YOU DON’T NEED TO REPAY//Date: 03 Apr 2024//Order No.: 378486//Payment Status: Deducted//Amt Paid: $674.89” on the right.
Below it is seemingly an order list stating that I brought the Avast Antivirus for 1 year and 1 device as well as the Avast Premium Premium Package.
In small text, it reads:

So should I just ignore it?

Looks fake as f*** to me.

email from a gmail account.
you dont have paypal so how can they take money from a non existent account that doesnt exist.

only thing that would worry me is you say you only just downloaded avast for the first time and you got this email just after.
where did you download the link from as could be a fake website pretending to be avast and as you downloaded they then have your email and try and make out you owe money.

i would suggest to asap contact support to find out if you did actually download from avast or a fake website which is happening with hundreds if not thousands of legit companies around the world

is this the link you used to download avast https://www.avast.com/index#pc

just re read. the wording is sketchy as well

There doesn’t appear to be a valid address for this - 1405 East 55th Street//Savannah//GA 13404

Without the 13404 at the end - The area appears to be a residential area and this property isn’t for sale.
1409 E 55th St, Savannah, GA 31404 is currently not for sale. The 1424 Square Feet single family home is a 3 beds, 2 baths property.

Not somewhere I would expect to find Avast USA.

The email address From (name) doesn’t match the email address sandraseunices.

As you say you don’t have a PayPal account even more suspicious - but a huge number of people do have a PayPal account and they might fall for the scam.
