This week if i remember on the 27 and 29 outlook sent various email to all my address book. Some reported my that my email were noted as Trojan

Hi do you use a web based mail ? I.e. GMail, Hotmail or the like ?

Also are the e-mails that were sent appearing in your sent folder ?

Warning This fix is only relevant for this system and no other, using on another computer may cause problems

Be advised that when the fix commences it will shut down all running processes and you may lose the desktop and icons, they will return on reboot

I use web base, Hotmail + Internet provider email that are all open via outlook. I use outlook connector

I saw some of the email on my sent folder but not all

As there were a few in your sent folder then the first priority will be to change the password as the account was hacked

Currently I can see no malware on your computer, I can check deeper if you wish… How is the computer behaving otherwise ?

No problem except those email being sent

I think you will find it was a hacked account… Let it be for a day or so and if no further problems are evident I will remove my tools

Ok meanwhile I change all my email account passwords…and paypal to…just in case

The e-mail would be the main one as that is what I believe was hacked… You will be amazed by the number of webmail accounts that get hacked

Look like everything is back to normal, no more unwanted email sent

Run OTL and press the cleanup button to remove it ;D
