I think that file is infected. Here is result VirusTotal. Please check this file and add definition about him.

If so you need to send it to avast, as just posting a Virustotal report is no use…

also the scan report you post is 3 days old…

or send to virus @ avast.com in a password protected zip.file
mail subject: False Positive
Password: infected

It is recomended to use a zip program that also encrypt the file like win.rar or 7zip
