I think my laptop has a full virus.

I think my laptop has a virus. The laptop was working perfectly until two weeks ago when a virus attacked. When you try to do something it makes it very slow, freeze, and a blue page comes up.

My laptop can not connect to the internet because it freezes; I think the best way to connect my laptop is by laptop cd-rom.

Please recommend what I should do to repair my dell laptop Inspiron 1420, service tag 816PGG1.

The windows vista will not start I tried to reinstall windows vista (home premium 32 BT) many times and the computer writes “Windows Error Recovery” I have searched how to fix the problem but I could not find anything. Please recommend some solution.

Thank you,

Hi there do you have a USB drive to use for transfering logs and programmes ?

Download and then run farbar service scanner

http://i1224.photobucket.com/albums/ee362/Essexboy3/Farbar/FSS-1.jpg

Tick “All” options.
Press “Scan”.
It will create a log (FSS.txt) in the same directory the tool is run.

Please copy and paste the log to your reply.

THEN

Download OTL to your Desktop

[*]Double click on the icon to run it. Make sure all other windows are closed and to let it run uninterrupted.
[*]Select All Users
[*]Under the Custom Scan box paste this in

[*]Click the Quick Scan button. Do not change any settings unless otherwise told to do so. The scan wont take long.
[*]When the scan completes, it will open two notepad windows. OTL.Txt and Extras.Txt. These are saved in the same location as OTL.
