I thought I had purchased a download but info says its been 'shipped'

I recently purchased the Cleanup after a 30 day free trial, I thought I simply let the trial expire and I would get the full year as opposed to Avast delivering something to me.

So now, I no longer have cleanup (but I’ve been charged) and to rub salt in the wounds, and this is my fault, its been shipped to my old address as I have just moved house and used paypal to make the payment, I honestly didn’t think I was having a CD delivered when all the other Avast products have been download?

What can I do?

There’s no CD. If you did pay, you should find the license in your Avast account.
