I used hack check provided by Avast but the report did not reach my inbox.
I tested with my friend’s email address and the report email reached the inbox without a problem.
I did not put Avast into my inbox blacklist.

Pleaes help. Thank you.

Have you checked your “junk mail” folder?

Which Avast product are you using?

Edit: And are you signed into that product with your Avast account?

I’m using the free hack check tool on the website which does not require login.
Any email I tested with had received a descriptive report, except the address I’m using.
I have checked my email block/black list, Avast was not there.
The email does not go to spam as I have tested and got the same result with other addresses.
