I wanna know.

I just want to know if Malwarebytes got a removal tools like avast! for remove the registry and some files left ?

Just to be sure. As they suggest alot CCleaner. So i dont know in any way its could bug in my system or something else for i need to remove it and reinstall it. So i ask it nicely for i know for later.

Yes there is one, you can probably find it in the FAQs at their forum, or even at the uninstallers list (I think)
can’t give links, not at a pc, sorry…

Interesting, section I at the Malware Bytes forum FAQs http://forums.malwarebytes.org/index.php?showtopic=10138&hl=%255Cmbam-clean%255C says they have the same problem with Microsoft Security Essentials. Solution is to turn off MBAM protection, exclude MBAM, launch MBAM after MSE, maybe some more stuff ??? Wonder if that will work as well with Avast! 5 ? Says doing section I is a MUST for XP users. Will add to other MBAM topic.

mbam-clean.exe im right ?

@ Mr.Agent

I think you mean tools not tolls ???

mbam-clean.exe is used to clean the registry and some leftover files.

I would not have Microsoft Security Essentials (MSE) nor Windows Defender (WD) and MBAM on an XP system as they could compete with each other:

The latest pre-release build of avast [5.0.415] may help with MBAM but having MSE or WD as well may cause XP to crash on some systems:

off topic, but not really: @ the OP: and why start a thread with a title meant to force the readers to click to know what it is about… I hate that ::slight_smile: what would you think of threads called “yes, but…” or “The problem is…” … are you that scared that your thread wouldn’t be interesting enough to attract readers if you were a bit more precise in the title ??? You wanted to know, now you do ;D

Yes tools i did want to mean lol. I got Windows Defender on and avast! + MBAM Free without conflict.

The problem is not with MBAM Free but the resident protection version.

Ya i know but anyway i know its does conflict with the resident protection. I just wanted to know if mbam got any removal tool. But anyway its solved. ;D
