I want a refund.

I need a refund this time.
I brought premium security, and the bill got cancelled somehow. Yet the payment was done but I got no license in my email when the payment got cancelled on its own. and result was an error.
Please refund. I’m in trouble right now.

edit:nevermind. Email came after 1 hr. I got my key. Now there’s no problem.
