I have a serious problem regarding my recent subscription on your product. When I wanted to try out free subscription of Avast Driver Updater I gave completly wrong name and email. I do not have access to it at all. I thougt there would be an email confirmation later and I just went with it. I cannot cancel it in any way. Do I have to block my card or is there a solution to this?
If you gave a completely wrong name and email and search on line at avast would have to be for the given name and email.
Any solutions are generally name and email based.
How do you think you would receive an email confirmation later when you gave a completely wrong name and email ?
I’m not even sure you would be able to cancel from within the program settings of the Avast Driver Updater (which I don’t have personal experience of).
So there’s nothing I can do, right?
I have this 18 digit code and a date of expiration but I don’t know if it matters in that case

Instead of your order number, you can enter the activation code or email address in the “Order ID” field. The activation code or email can be found in the Driver Updater menu “My subscriptions”.
