I want to cancel my Avast Internet Security subscription and I want my money returned from the recent auto-renewal that I did not authorize. I have already uninstalled AVAST and switched over to AVG Anti-virus because AVG is cheaper, gives me more information about what it’s doing and when it will be done, works faster, and gives me basically the same level of protection. I was not aware that my AVAST Internet Security yearly subscription automatically renewed on September 25th. I was not notified of any such actions nor did I authorize them. It is not OK for you people to just assume I want to give you my hard earned money and take it without my permission. I have already searched all over the AVAST website for a way to cancel my subscription and found nothing. Let me make something clear. This is not a discussion and it certainly isn’t a debate. I’m not going to continue with your service and I don’t care about any of your discount offers. You charged me a yearly fee without my permission. It has only been 2 weeks since that happened. I want my money back and I want my subscription cancelled.

I am not seeing the lower field where I am supposed to be able to enter my email and the last 5 digits of the card I used which was shown in the Digital River instructions that you linked. I do not have my order number. Is there a way to recover it, or is there a link I am supposed to use for the alternative means of access?
