I want to pay for my annual subscription, but on the final page—where the payment should be completed—nothing happens. A white window appears saying it’s loading something, but after a few seconds, only the white window remains. So the payment doesn’t go through. I like Avast as an antivirus and I want to renew my subscription. What can I do? Has anyone else had a similar issue?
