I want to refund my order but I can’t find “refund” bottom and I was send for help request but nothing happen.

So I just buy Avast Internet security on 7 Aug 2016 .
After buy license my pc is too slow and stop working some time when I open website.
So I think refund it maybe good .

The posting of the Support Ticket is only needed if there’s a problem with the reply from Avast.
Why not first try to solve the problem ?
Is any (pre)installed other av removed completely ?
Is there any other security related software installed ? (or was there).
Does it happen in all browsers/with all websites ?
What OS/SP ?
What are the system specs ?
