I was charged but I did not receive any order email

I found that I was charged 1090 Taiwan Dollars
But I did not order any things.
I also did not receive any order email/id/record.
How could I find out why I was charged?

Look at your bank/paypal/credit card account.
It will (or at least should) tell what the payment was for.
