Ho tentato di rinnovare l’abbonamento pagando con bonifico e mi è stato inviato un IBAN non valido di 20 cifre e non 27.

The lenght of a IBAN depends on the country that the bank is in.
If your bank doesn’t accept the 20 digits IBAN, tell your bank to fix things.
They are at fault.
