Ich brauche Hiiiilfe! Deinstallation

Ich versuche nun schon zum …zig mal “Avast Free Antivirus” zu deinstallieren. Egal wie ich es mache wird immer nach einem Paßwort gefragt! Ich habe meine Paßwörter mehrmals ausprobiert, nichts funktioniert!!! Sch……!

Kann mir mal da einer weiterhelfen?

I suspect that your problem is that you would appear to have set a password on your Avast User Interface Setting.
So you need to look at the section related to “Uninstall via Uninstall Tool” which has to be run from Safe Mode.

• Download the avast! Uninstall Utility, avastclear.exe Avast Removal Tool | Download Avast Clear | Avast and save it to your HDD.

Detailed instruction from that page:

• Download the avastclear.exe uninstall utility and save it to a familiar folder on your PC (saved to Downloads folder by default).
• Right-click the file and select Run as administrator. If prompted for permissions, click Yes.
• Click Yes in the Avast Clear dialog to start your PC in Safe Mode.
• Select the folder containing your Avast program files, and select the Avast Antivirus product you want to uninstall (the location and product are usually detected automatically). Click Uninstall.
