IconCache.db infected with LNK:Reveton-AF [Trj]

Avast antivirus report that file “IconCache.db” is infected with LNK:Reveton-AF [Trj].
I have a question mark about that, considering that Windows 10 is freshly installed on PC (without any other programs) and scanning that file with other antivirus programs (Kaspersky, Norton, Fsecure, Microsoft, Eset, BitDefender and McAfee) none of them reported as infected except Avast.

The file is infected or is just a fake finding, what should I do ?!

Repair/recreate the icon cache and see if avast is still detecting it.

If avast still detects it, submit the file to avast as it will likely be a false positive.

The same thing happened after I cleared the icon cache, I submitted the file to Avast to be further checked.
Waiting for the result.
