Since the latest upgrade ver.7 IE will not open properly in sandbox.
I, and a couple of others, have reported similar problems. Still waiting for a response.
Probably should have added for symptom comparison that I also found that:
the problem only affects my w7 64bit system
IE has opened in sandbox once or twice - but only under the admin account I think.
Chrome will run in the sandbox (seems to sometimes need to be opened outside the sandbox first)
Safezone is fine.
Between Safezone and Chrome my virtualisation requirements are pretty much covered, and the IE issue is fairly minor for me.
