Buongiorno, mi viene bloccato da AVAST il nostro sito ma ci risulta pulito, appena controllato da Sucuri e da Tool box Sarebbe molto utile risolvere la situazione e sbloccarlo quanto prima, perchè per noi è un danno. Ho già fatto richiesta come falso positivo ma nessuna risposta. Grazie.

You won’t get a direct response but it should be analysed within 48 hours, if found to be false it will be removed.

Thanks David, i checked with en.internet.nl and we got 98% security, i do not think Avast can say we are bad…we will see. But it is a problem when our communication has been stopped by nothing. Best regards
You’re welcome, not knowing the URL it is hard to investigate. That said we discourage posting active links in the forum to a suspect site.
What you can do is if you have a screenshot of the Avast Alert with the Details option selected, it may help with the why. On occasions sites have external links (sites, scripts, etc) and they could trigger an Alert which would appear to be based on your site.

- Create a screenshot on your computer and save it locally.
- Using windows explorer or other file management program, drag and drop into your post.

Given the alert being on the favicon.ico file, whilst this is usually to load an image icon for the site, it can be misused and run a script. So in a most of these favicon.ico file detections, this is suspect.
You could submit this favicon.ico file to the VirusTotal link I gave previously and see what it makes of that.
Or you temporarily disable the favicon.ico file and see if Avast gets past that obstruction.
