Why do the letters in the words have to be almost impossible to decipher when we are asked to enter them as a measure to hinder spam? The sound reproduction of them is most unsatisfactory moreover. It is so bad that if there were no letters shown not just one or two but the whole set of letters would be absolutely impossible to enter correctly. This is a serious fault and needs to be corrected.
