I'm a noob and i have Win32:SysPatch [Wrm] help?

Hi,

I was using Antivir and everything was fine but i decided to try Avast and it found Win32:SysPatch [Wrm] from my computer. I have red the topic about this virus at the forum, but I am abroad an I don’t have windows cd with me. How can I remove it?

sometimes a simple renaming of the file can help… but i would prefer to try DrWeb CureIt :wink:

While reading the forum I got hunch that it wont be so easy…

Whilst some haven’t found it very easy, they also appeared to have other problems.

The DrWeb CureIt does seem to have had success at repairing the infected file.
