Everything appears to be running smoothly! 
Thanks again for helping me Essexboy, please post back here if you figure out why any of this weird stuff was happening because I just don’t get it… Nothing seemingly malicious was happening just those obscure files turned from .exe files into trz.tmp files as though the trz.tmp files were using them to hide in or something… Also Avast failing to do anything about it was kinda annoying
I’ll be sure to post back here if I figure it out, and/or I run into anymore issues. You guys are the best thanks!
