In my quarantine is 2 “virus”. Avast say – no virus --. But i’m not able to restore this. Why?

Leave these alone and forget they are there.
Avast will, upon first installation, scan the following three files and if they are clean will put copies of them into the “system files” part of the chest in order to provide a readily accessible back up in the case of the active files being corrupted in some way.
