Did you perform Chkdsk?
Did you use the Fix-It tool from Microsoft ?
I used both the CheckDisk and the FixIt tool.
Still problem? Is this the only issue?
Thus is the only problem as I am aware. Yes. And yes the problem is still persisting.

I’m wondering if it has to do with a damaged user profile.
Please create a new user (with admin rights), or enable the real administrator account and use that to login.
Let’s see if the problem is also in another account or not.
It happens on new accounts as well. Same error code.
Here are the 3 logs.

I now have a new error.
Error 2: The system cannot find the file specified.
This error usually go away if you reboot and scan again … have you tried that?
That log file is pretty useless.
It doesn’t tell what it has changed.
That’s the only one its given me.
Eset should improve that a lot.
What good is a (almost) empty log file… ???
I have and no, its still there.
what file/location … full file path
or post a screenshot of the avast message, then TwinHeadedEagle will have a look
What? For the missing file?
If so, it doesn’t say one.
