IM Shield scan in 0 why?

I use Yahoo! messenger but after 1 hour use, IM shield is 0 why?
avast version is 7.0.1407 on windows 7 ultimate 32bit.

try to run the repair utility built into avast?

start - control panel- uninstall avast - click the repair tab - reboot
