Im so paranoid i might have a virus or malaware that can seriously hurt me.

I recently wanted to download something from mediafire but accidently pressed a fake out download ad button and downloaded some malaware. I got addmitidly terrified and restarted my PC. I did not have malwarebytes or avast when i downloaded the malware so i went to the control panel and uninstalled every shady program. The next day i downloaded both MBAM and Avast and scanned both and recieved a good amount of malware and had them quarentined. Later i scanned for rootkits, in safe mode, and even manually checked my files for stuff (and found 1 shady program and deleted it). Now i do not know what to do but my pc runs pretty good. I then downloaded nort and got some problems with avast conflicting with it so i uninstalled it. After this uninstal i had a game crash and windows restart. But after this everything seemed normal. My question is if there is something i can do to check if i have some spyware or rootkit hiding from my scans. I am so paranoid.

Attach your basic diagnostic logs. (MBAM and FRST)
