I want to delete it from my computer but I can not find it,

I’m aware of that but I don’t intend to install their program. Having said that, I’d like to know
which program the user installed. 
when you registered on vagex and to make it work automatically, they ask
instaler of something, you can sign up to see what it is, and do not download their program
There is no way I would even sign up, to do so you would be giving them information, which depending on their legitimacy could be improperly used.
These make money free, just by viewing videos, if it is too good to be true and this seems so run a mile. Nothing is free, for you to make money they have to make money and you have to ask yourself how they do that. By installing that (whatever it might be), my guess is it would be monitoring your internet activity and you will possibly get targeted ads or they would collate that into marketing information which they can sell. That is the normal way that they make money and there is no way I would sign up for that.
to make money with vagex, you must let it work your pc, the other menbers of video they appear in same, and you earn credit that you can Rent your videos or sell them, but you know, you need two days to earn a dollar, and you know what, I can not get access to the site I do not know why, and the software is still on my pc and that prevents me from working,
I sent an email unanswered, and their forum inaccécible
That just reinforces my feeling on this vagex, can’t uninstall the program, no response to emails, forum inaccessible. Then you have to let it control your pc, all of that is enough to be too high a price for money free.

If you’re looking for a solution, then supply us with the name of the program that they install.
Not to much to ask for is it ???
- Maybe it was a Firefox add-on? If you are using Firefox, go to add-ons → extensions and delete it.
- Check your default download folder to see if it was downloaded and to see if it is running from there. Maybe it runs without installing???
- Check appdata folder.
- Search vagex viewer on your pc.
EDIT:
The first option in the image shows to download and run and not download and install. This might explain why you can’t find where to uninstall it. Please perform step #2. Hopefully, nothing malicious comes with it.

I suggest you do a little search on this forum before you recommend something that most of us wouldn’t touch with a ten foot pole.
I, and many others here, would never suggest using iobit. As Bob suggested, do some research before giving advice.
