Impossible de supprimer un virus Win32 PornDialer-BJ[Tool]?

bonjour ,
j’ai installeé Avast 4.7 qui est met a jour réguilièrement (la dernière version du 09/11/2006) , même avec un scan au démarrage je le supprime mais l’orsque je lance le windows il apparait toujours le nom du virus est Win32 : Porndialer-Bj [Tool] . amicalement.

Sorry I don’t read French, but I can make out that you have acurrent version of avast! and you have a virus.
