Impossible to access some webs when the VPN is activated

Using my PC with Avast Secure Line VPN activated , it is impossible to connect to some webs sites . I use Chrome .
For instance Jazztel clients access ā€¦
Message got in the PC screen tells :
Impossible to find the IP address of the server you want to connect
Check proxy , firecuttings or DNS configuration

i get the same thing except iā€™m on firefox and says someting about a firewall

Do, after reading the board a bit more, there are lots of the same issues with VPN as of late. And Moderators are not addressing the issues. Soo, makes me think about going with a different VPN and virus protection, as my renewal is coming up. Any suggestions on an excellent Virus protection/VPN?

I have the same issue. Just as of late it started. Never had issues before must be an update issue. Sadly it seems they ignore those with troubles.

Thanks for your replay ! So I understand Avast is not acting as we expected buying this VPN . Any suggestion about what to do?
