impossible to enable real time shields

A few days ago Avast was disabled by itself, the pc was very slow and was stopping working suddenly, so I opted for Windows reinstall everything from scratch.
Newly installed windows, Now I’m installing again Avast but I get the lower right orange globe with the exclamation, because

“Some of the real-time shields are disabled,” “Enable”

I try to enable but nothing… does nothing is not working.

I tried it twice. I chose to uninstall in safe mode with the “avastclear”

My Operative System is Windows Vista 32bits

Try repair option and reboot system :slight_smile:

Hi, thanks for your answer, I downloaded Avast and installed multiple Windows updates installed that were pending, it seems that when installed, the problem was solved.
