For more than 3 months I’m not able to update virus and version in avast security premium

First, I’m an Avast user and not an Avast Team member.
Can you be a little more detailed, error messages and or screenshot of when the problem occurs ?
However one suggestion would be to do an Avast Repair and restart.
AvastUI > Menu > Settings > General > Troubleshooting > Repair APP - Restart after completion.
