Improved Anti-Phishing (no browser extension needed!)

Good day.

I might be in the minority, but I do not want invisible Anti-Phishing that I cannot disable. Is this on permanently? If I have WebShield turned off, does this disable this new No-Extension Anti-Phishing?

Ah, yes, of course! Thanks! That does confirm that the new Improved Anti-Phishing is tied to WebShield.

It’s great that we no longer have to use plugins or addOns for this, but I was asking because I have do not use the WebShield; I have not installed it at all - I rely on uBlock and Firefox’s block-lists to let me know when a website is a bad boy. Together they do a decent job. Using Avast would probably be better, seeing as it updates itself like every 10 minutes, but that would mean installing a filter in the path of all network traffic, and I just don’t think it’s worth it.
