Hi! I was thinking that you could add some lil pop-up information screens so people would know what you are talking about, thus for instance tell the difference between the free & pro additions chart (avast! Antivirus ~ Versions comparison), and what viruses/trojans your system actually protects against.
For instance, does your free Virus protector cover the same small virus/worm removers you offer on the virus/worm Cleaner? Or do I need to run that as well?
A list of what you do cover (virus/worms fixes) would also be helpful, so your product could be compared against other virus/worm programs.
For instance are you better than AVG and AntiVar in what you can remove, or the same, or less? If so, why?

There are a marketing issue involved. Companies estimate the number of viruses by high.
There are different counts possible: variants, etc.
There is not an international rule for virus naming, so same virus could be consider one or more by other company.
Scanning settings are very important.
Active viruses (ITW) are really more important then the whole number.
Generic signatures and heuristic detections cannot be really counted as ‘virus detection’.
Well, etc. etc.
Trust avast!
The Cleaner is not resident is just a standalone application for cleaning executable files infected only.
The Home version has the ‘Cleaner’ inside of itself. No need for the standalone tool.
