In a Windows Standard User Account, will an Avast full scan scan everything?

In Windows 7, I have only one user account right now - it is an Administrator account. I am thinking of adding a new user account, which will be an Administrator user account, and changing my main account to a Standard user account for better security.

If I do that I will primarily use my main account, which will then be a Standard user account. In that account (Standard), will an Avast full scan scan everything, or will it only be able to scan files and directories to which my main Standard account has access and not be able to scan system files and other areas protected from a Standard user account?

It shouldn’t make any difference.
Did you elevate avast to administrator status?
The reason for this is only the administrator can make changes in avast. Scan settings, updates, heuristics, etc.

How? What I mean: I know how when running its shortcut for example but that is just calling it up while it is already running. So, do you mean via its auto-boot when the O/S starts? If so, how?
