Ich habe Avast anti free virus runtergeladen und bei der Vereinbarung steht das die Nutzung nicht kostenlos ist. Kann mir da mal jemand helfen we6es überall als kostenlos angegeben wird?

I have been using Avast Antivirus ‘Free’ for windows for over 20 years at no cost.

You have to register it and renew that every year, but it is free.
See Attached image - Right click on the Avast Icon in the system tray - select Registration Information - The Next payment / Expiry date.
For paid versions of Avast you would have to pay for Avast Free you would have to renew it for another year (no payment is required). This may be where the confusion lies.
