In Vista you have no access to your Control panel and want to change password

Hi malware fighters,

For one reason or other you have no access to Control Panel and you wanna change your password, here is an alternate way to install a password where there was not any:

"Log off to get into log off screen (you see your account image but no password), then push Ctrl+Alt+Del and then click Change a Password, Type new password, repeat new password and close down.
This is a handy way for people that forget to give in an initial password when installing Vista, which is very unwise, but alas it happens, and for some reason the access to Control Panel vanished (wrong driver problem), it worked for me, so I pass it on to others that may need this solution in the future,

Thanks for the info P-man
