I can’t believe that there is not a single person on this forum,that is unable to get my old account back? If I am not wanted on here,then why not just say so.I have been posting under marc-d-l for a long time.So why can I not continue? Why do I have to start all over again as a newbie ???
The single person that can do it is the Administrator, the rest of us are powerless to act, other than to try drawing attention to your case and others.
As a side note, it’s holiday season in Europe. 
Its been over a month it could have been done by now.
As Dave already mentioned, there’s only one single person, who can fix it.
Only thing you have to do is login with the email account you originally registered with.
Unless am missing something I already tried that.
Clueless as well why I had to start over again. I know this is the email I used and obviously didnt effect others.
For the forum or the my.avast.com account ?
I had no problems since I used the same on both.
I tried a few things.
1]
- Login to this webboard with the correct email (email-1) for Eddy is working fine.
- Opening my.avast.com in a new tab and login there with my other email (email-2) and I’m not Eddy here anymore but Mr.Spock

- Login to my.avast.com with email-2 and I am Mr.Spock here
3]
- login to my.avast.com with email-1 and I am Eddy here
- But I don’t see my devices. They are only listed when I login with email-2 on my.avast.com
This proves:
- That you can have multiple accounts here as well as on my.avast.com.
- This webboard and your my.avast.com account are connected, but not in a good way.
