Incapaz de scanear o Unable to scan.

Hola Amigos del Foro Avast,
Necesito que por favor alguien me ayude y me diga que se hace cuando después de realizar un escaneo aparecen unos ‘‘archivos incapaces de escanear o en inglés unable to scan’’.
