Include Avast antispyware modul?

I am new with avast. Does detect Avast also adware, spyware, and other malware?
Is it a complete antivirus with antispyware modul?

avast detect a lot of spyware/adware and other malware.
On version 4.8 it will have an antirootkit module.

But, if you want a second opinion, SuperAntispyware and SpywareTerminator are compatible with avast.

I can’t wait until that antirootkit module comes out… I also can’t wait until version 5 comes out!
