Incredible Anti-Theft Story

Well, a month ago my Samsung Spica was stoled, with Avast Anti-Theft installed, yesterday Avast sent me (and the other designated cell phone number) two SMS with the Theft cellphone number, so I called her and resulted in other Samsung phone (some sort of Samsung model with physical keyboard). It seems that my poor spica was dismantled and a piece of it was destinated to this Samsung repair.

It is possible that a single piece of my Spica were insetred into this different model phone, and avast anti-theft system was activated?

Please advise!

Best regards!

PS: If that is true, kudos for avast anti-theft, that keeps running even if the cellphone is dismantled!

AT is “always” active.

You called “her”? Who’s her? How do u know it was a physical keyboard?

Hi, AT gave me the phone of the theft. So I called and resulted to be a woman who told me that the current phone were a samsung with physical keyboard, and that the phone was given to her at work. After she knew that, she resigned her job, because of this.

I think that my phone was dismantled and used as spare parts to repair other phones.

I think your phone is being used by the person you called. This person then told you a complete bunch of lies and you believed it.

Send a locate command and go look for it.
